Event description

About this event

While trying to navigate our lives with Covid-19, we don't want to lose sight of the importance of exercise in the lives of those living with Arthritis and related conditions. Arthritis Ireland are therefore offering a special, free online 6-week adapted chartered physiotherapy-led course through the online Zoom platform.

Please note: Due to funding requirements, this course is only available to those who are living in Co. Mayo.

How do these courses work?

Once you register for the course through Eventbrite, a member of staff from Arthritis Ireland will be in contact by email to explain the course in more detail and provide you with details for setting up Zoom.

Once you have successfully set up Zoom, the physiotherapist will organise a 10-minute Zoom session with you to ensure that your set-up is working, to explain a little bit more about the classes and to answer any further queries you have may.

Please note that Zoom is a semi-public platform and that participants will be able to see each others' video screens during the class.

In order to ensure privacy and to meet required GDPR guidelines, we will request that participants do not record the class.
