Beach Bootcamp with Joe O'Connor, Nisus Fitness.

This boot camp is open to adult and junior members of Tralee Triathlon Club only.

By signing up here you indicate that there is no medical reason why you cannot parttake in this session.

If you have any injury, niggle or illness, you cannot take part.

This is an open air fitness session incorporating cardio excersise and some strength and conditioning.

Juniors can only attend if accompanied by an adult member (parent/guardian/sibling etc)
