Join me on Saturday for some beach yoga at Hanging Rock Beach in Arklow.
About this event
Prep for the weekend ahead by working out the stresses of the week gone by with some beach yoga on Saturday morning.
This will be a vinyasa based class, aimed at beginners and those looking to return to the matt after a time away. We will start with some breathwork, work up to a gentle flow, and to finish some relaxation work to the sound of the sea and nature. All in all 45-55 minutes.

What you will need:
- It can be chilly on the beach first thing in the morning, so I recommend you wear layers. Avoid materials that retain water
- Yoga Matt
- If you use any props or straps as part of your practice please bring these too. They will not be strictly necessary
- Beach Towel
- Full water bottle / Refreshment Drink (the air can be salty making you more thirsty!)
