Beach Yoga

Prep for the weekend ahead by working out the stresses of the week gone by with some beach yoga on Saturday morning.

This will be a vinyasa based class, aimed at beginners and those looking to return to the mat after a time away. We will start with some breathwork, work up to a gentle flow, and to finish some relaxation work to the sound of the sea and nature. All in all 45-55 minutes.

What you will need:

• It can be chilly on the beach first thing in the morning, so I recommend you wear layers. Avoid materials that retain water
• Yoga Matt
• If you use any props or straps as part of your practice please bring these too. They will not be strictly necessary
• Beach Towel - you may want to take a quick dip after ;)
• Full water bottle / Refreshment Drink (the air can be salty making you more thirsty!)
