About this event
A fun filled workshop to start your wintery week off on the right foot!
Step into the winter season on a high with a gentle walk through the woods, followed by a drumming circle with sound therapist Deirdre Howard. We'll finish the morning off with some gentle yoga, hot drinks and tasty treats!
Suitable for all ages, parents and caregivers with babies & children welcome :)
Please wear clothes suitable for walking in all weather! Welly boots, coats etc.
