An Interactive Workshop to support you to manage anxiety and worry.

About this event

This is an interactive workshop teaching you how to stop the battle of fighting your anxiety and instead learn ways to bring compassion and understanding to what is happening in your mind and body. Together, we will explore how anxiety manifests and shows up in our minds and bodies, and explore ways to manage it more effectively.

As this is an interactive workshop, it is limited to 30 spaces to allow for group participation. It will incorporate grounding, mindfulness and how to pause in the moment to meet and greet our emotions.
