Description

This 6 Weeks Kettlebell class will teach complete beginners the foundations and proper techniques of kettlebell swing and include:
* Correct Power Breathing
* Hip hinge
* Swing
*Turkish Get Up (TGU)

The style of this class is "Hardstyle Kettlebell" following the RKC (Russian Kettlebell Challenge) method where full body tension is necessary to lift and swing the bell correctly
It will help you to strengthen your body, burn body fat and get you fitter and toner.
