About this Event
Throughout this 6 week course you will be working towards developing longer, leaner muscles, improving postural problems, increasing core strength and stability and enhancing your general fitness through learning and performing the Pilates method!
This course is designed for people of all ages and all levels of fitness. If you are new to working out or if you are an elite athlete, learning the Pilates method will allow you to efficiently control your movement in order to see the best results possible in your body.
As the course progresses, modifications and progressions will be offered to students in order to suit and challenge their level of fitness and ability!
