She has also been working with the Northern Ireland Men’s National Team since 2012, during which time they qualified for the European Championships in 2016 and made it ot the last 16 of the competition.

Lisa Fallon is steeped in football having played for several teams in both Ireland and England, where she studied Sport Science at Canterbury University, before moving to coaching and becoming the first woman to take charge of an Irish Men's Senior team, when she was appointed by Lakelands FC in the Leinster Senior League in 2013. To add to her list of successes with both Cork City FC and Northern Ireland Men's National Team, Lisa has also worked with a high profile men's intercounty Gaelic football team and is currently a candidate on the Irish Football's Association's UEFA Pro Licence course.
