Fingal County Childcare Committee has always focussed on ensuring that parents in Fingal are kept informed and supported throughout their child’s time attending an Early Years’ Service.

The Better Start Access and Inclusion Model (AIM) which was unveiled in June 2016 is a model of supports designed to ensure that children with disabilities can access the Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) programme. Its goal is to empower both service providers and parents work together to ensure children have access to an inclusive pre-school experience, and that every child can fully participate in the ECCE programme and reap the benefits of quality early years care and education.

FCCC will be hosting an online session to ensure that parents are knowledgeable and confident when engaging in the application process in partnership with an Early Years’ Service.
