Bike gear tuning and maintenance workshop

Gear maintenance can be one of the most difficult tasks when maintaining your bike, so this class will cover:

- Front derailer tuning

- Rear derailer tuning

- Chain removal and replacement

- Front and Rear sprocket removal and replacement

- Any other questions, time allowing

Participants are asked to bring their own bike to work on but can borrow a bike for the class with advance notice. Some experience with bike maintenance is recommended. Please email info@rediscoverycentre.ie describing/picturing the bike you intend to use would be appreciated to be sure suitable spare parts/tools are available should they be needed.

In order to protect visitors and staff, it is mandatory that customers wear a face mask during their visit. If visitors arrive without a mask there will be some available to purchase in our Ecostore.
