Bison BBQ Fest 2023

Spread across Dublin’s original BBQ restaurant, Bison Bar & BBQ and The Workman’s Club, this is set to be the perfect kick off to the summer, with a jam-packed schedule of seriously delicious BBQ action, whiskey experiences, live music, games, competitions and more coming your way.

Limited edition tasting plates of our signature Bison dishes will be available, from pulled pork and marinated BBQ halloumi to succulent brisket.

We wanted to go even bigger again this year! Bison Fest will be hosted by Adam Purnell who has established himself as a live fire chef nationally. Adam will be hosting a live cooking demonstration this year sharing his unique BBQ cooking techniques. His style is to ‘not mess about’, using the best ingredients and allowing bold, natural flavours to collide – something Bison has been doing since we first opened our doors back in 2012.

As well as this, we’ve rounded up some of the best in the business to put on some unmissable experiences. There’ll be five live music performances over the course of the weekend in Bison while some of Ireland's finest up and coming DJ’s get the party started upstairs on the Workman’s terrace from early on. There’ll be whiskey tasting masterclasses along with a live whiskey barrel charring demonstration thanks to Jameson Black Barrel. The Craic Den Comedy Club will also be in the building putting on a series of mini comedy shows, there’ll be a pop-up tattoo artist, caricature drawings, a wheel of fortune, and so much more!
