Charity Chair Training - The Art of Being an Effective Chair and Chairing Well

*Please note that this training will be facilitated online via Zoom. This full-day course will be facilitated over two half-days . Attendees will be required to participate in both sessions in order to receive the CPD hours. Due to limited capacity, if you are unable to attend one of the sessions, you will not be transferred to a future session*

This training will focus on what is (and isn't!) included in the role of the Chair. How to plan and focus the board, work and plan strategically, deal with conflicts, and manage relationships with staff.

This training will be led by governance expert, Dorothy Dalton.
