Welcome to Brand NEW Adventures in Fermentation!
Join us for a fun and educational event where you'll learn about some fun fermentation techniques and get to try some explosive flavours!
At this workshop we'll learn all about:
- How to make a ginger bug and use it to make delicious healthy fizzy drinks
- How to make whey fermented fizzy lemonade from yogurt and milk kefir and what to with labneh
- How to make your very own fermented hot sauce, with lots of ideas for variations
We'll make one of these ferments on the morning for you to take away and go through the step by step instructions for the others. In addition, you'll get to sample all three ferments and see which one is your favourite!
