Overview

A transformative journey of breathwork, EFT tapping, and meditation to improve self regulation, lift energy and boost mood.

Join us every Tuesday evening from 7–8pm (Irish time) for a deeply grounding and uplifting online session designed to help you release stress, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your inner calm.


This weekly class weaves together three powerful practices:

✨ EFT/Tapping – Clear emotional blocks and ease anxiety by gently tapping on meridian points.

🌬 Breathwork – Use conscious breathing to energise, reset, and balance your body and mind.

🧘‍♀️ Guided Meditation – Finish with a soothing meditation to cultivate inner peace and clarity.


Each session is trauma-informed, beginner-friendly, and suitable for all levels. You’ll leave feeling lighter, more centred, and more connected to yourself.


What You’ll Need:


A quiet space where you won’t be disturbed


Headphones (optional but recommended)


A notebook or journal (optional)


Zoom access (link will be sent upon booking)

Facilitator:

Your guide for this session is Catherine, a qualified mindfulness teacher and EFT practitioner with a warm, grounding presence and a passion for helping others regulate, restore, and reconnect.
