Learn to breathe, the yogic way

About this Event

This class will focus on Pranayama, or breath control. We will explore basic breathing techniques which will allow you to cultivate a deeper understanding and relationship to the power of the breath. With little or no physical movement, this meditative class will help you clear the mind and calm the nervous system, exploring the immense potential but also the beautiful simplicity of your breath.
