Bringing the Indoors Outdoors: Exploring the Immediate Environments Tall Not Small
with Helen Barry
Child led construction and play for indoors and outdoors.
This workshop explores the immediate environment of the crèche, classroom, garden or green spaces to create, build and play on a large scale. The focus is on building upwards and outwards, exploring spatially the world from an early years perspective. This workshop is specifically designed to use and investigate the potential of easy accessible everyday familiar materials.
Key elements of this workshop will support the child’s ability to work both independently and as part of a team using a playful and solution driven approach.
