Buggy Buddies in Carlow Town Park

About this event

Buggy Buddies Keeps Moving Forward

Continuing from the success of the current Buggy Buddies in Carlow Town Park as it’s an excellent way for new parents to engage in the community and bring your baby ‘n buggy along.

An opportunity to swap stories and get some top tips; it will get parents outdoors helping them to engage in nature and lift one’s mood. While getting fit, active, feeling energetic and positive and it will aid in helping to tone up.

We hope to see lots of mums and babies for some fitness and chats at Buggy Buddies – a great way to make new friends, get fresh air and exercise, all with baby in tow.

After the exercise session for those who wish to go for a coffee, there will be a designated area to relax and socialise together in a friendly atmosphere.
