Building a Thriving International Consultancy Practice from Europe

This is the inaugural European event for the Society for the Advancement of Consulting (SAC) and is open to members and non-members alike.

Join us in the heart of Dublin's historic Liberties district, home of the Guinness brewery, Teelings whiskey distillery and close by Christ Church Cathedral, Dublin Castle and historic site of Dublin's Viking origins.

We will be addressing the following hot topics identified by our European members as key to building and sustaining a thriving practice in our complex and multicultural continent. The discussions will be led by experienced European practitioner members of SAC:

• International Consultancy Work - how to expand your consultancy business beyond the borders of your home country.
• Advisory Work - how to transition your practice from hands on, high labour to becoming a trusted advisor.

We will also be discussing what SAC members in Europe would like to see from SAC in terms of future activities, events and content.

Breakfast is included and will be available from 8:30am and the session proper will begin at 9am sharp.
