Event description

Description

Being a manager of a multicultural, diverse team with different personality types and levels of experience can be very challenging in our complex business environment.

This 2-day course enables leaders to build an inclusive working environment and is designed to develop behaviours and skills that foster inclusion in core team management processes such as interviewing, delegating, communicating, providing feedback, conducting team meetings, performance management and promotions.

This is essential for leveraging the diversity in a team and achieving positive business results. The workshop content is tied to business realities and include concepts, tools and application assignments.
