About this Event

On the webinar, we will share an overview of the model of Mental Toughness. We will look at understanding how our levels of mental toughness can vary over time. We’ll also share that the opposite to MT is not weakness but sensitivity and that we are all on a spectrum. This critical understanding can help us to cope with setbacks and side step the ‘all or nothing’ style of thinking. This is an important mental skill when setting fitness goals.
