Philomena is a qualified Personal and Career Coach with a degree in psychology and runs Coaching Matters Ltd. She believes we all have more power and influence over our happiness than we think we have and is passionate about helping people to do just that. She sees career in a broad sense, which is doing what fulfills you and with no age limit. She has a particular interest in the 50+ stage of life. As a coach she helps people, at all stages, to identify what they really want to be doing, to make conscious choices and to take the actions to make them happen.
