Join CIPD Ireland Western Region for our 2018/19 Launch Event, kindly sponsored by Collins McNicholas.

We have the pleasure of presenting Brian MacNeice, Managing Director – Kotinos Partners, who will deliver an insightful presentation on practical lessons from high-performance organisations into modern practices for creating a positive performance environment that attracts and retains staff.

Brian’s research in this area provides a provocative and inspiring insight into how the best institutions in the world have become leaders in their fields. He believes that any organisation can follow their examples to deliver long-lasting, outstanding performance.

Brian MacNeice
Brian MacNeice

Brian MacNeice is an expert in organisational performance and high performing teams. He advises a range of international clients on driving improvements in the performance focus and culture of their businesses. Brian has led assignments across a diverse range of industry sectors, including Food and Drink, Pharmaceuticals, Enterprise Development, Health, Financial Services, Software, Technology, Sport and Leisure and Utilities. Current clients include Telefonica O2 Ireland, Genzyme, Johnson & Johnson, Kerry Group, Mouchel, Babcock International Group plc, Glanbia, Kepak, Dublin Airport Authority, Globoforce, Hostelworld, The FA, IRFU and International Cricket Council.

He also acts as a performance coach to several senior executives across the Kotinos Partners’ client base. He was previously founding Director of Genesis Ireland and prior to that he worked with Andersen, Deloitte and Vision Consulting.
