Building the in-patient Major Trauma Service Symposium; CUH

About this event
The in-patient trauma service co-ordinates the care of the traumatically injured patient on the wards of the major trauma centre across specialties and disciplines so the patient has the best outcome through expert, collaborative, holistic and efficient care. Such an in-patient service is new to Ireland. This symposium will explore different models of service delivery seen in Australia, England and Northern Ireland, highlighting strengths and challenges, and sign-posting opportunities for the development of these services in Ireland.
