Seamus is no stranger to An Púcán Whiskey Society a native of Roundstone in Connemara he has worked in the Spirits industry for over 20 years. Having worked for two of Irelands most prolific whiskey distillers, working with Proximo spirits the owner of Bushmills Irish Whiskey & The Sexton currently. He is really enjoying the revival being experienced on the Bushmills brand in particular and with the new focus on innovation, especially around the Causeway Collection specifically.

Lauren was born and raised on the North Coast of Ireland, just outside a small town called Ballycastle - situated about 12 miles from the Old Bushmills Distillery itself. She started working at the Old Bushmills Distillery in April 2014 as a tour guide, conducting tours around the working distillery and educating visitors on the history and craft of producing Bushmills Irish Whiskey. This was initially to assist her degree in French & Spanish at Queen’s University Belfast and improve her language communication skills by taking guided tours in those respective languages.

After 5 years working at The Old Bushmills Distillery, Lauren undertook the role of Bushmills Brand Ambassador for Ireland in March 2019 and is continuing spreading her knowledge and passion for Bushmills Irish Whiskey in the on-trade across Ireland.
