About this event
Wild Work Wellness Tools for Business Employees will see participants learning to connect to the natural world by becoming more aware of nature where they live and work. In these lunch-time sessions, participants will be introduced to concepts that seek to bring the wellness benefits of nature, such as stress-relief and clear thinking, back to the workplace.
Masks will be provided at each of the sessions, altohugh participants are welcome to bring along their own.
