Candlelit Breathwork & Sound Bath

Join us December 4th at 6pm-7:30pm in Sandycove/Glasthule area in a beautiful and cozy indoor sea-view location for a Candlelit Breathwork and Sound Bath journey.

You don't have to be an expert to join, you can be a complete beginner. What you can expect is to leave this session feeling more connected with yourself, more relaxed and energised.

You will be guided throughout the whole session. We will begin with a deep Breathwork session and then we will enjoy a deep Sound Healing journey. I will be using 2 gongs, a large Symphonic gong, a medium size Feng Wind gong, Crystal Singing Bowls and `Tibetan Singing Bowls tuned to each Chakra, as well as a Rainstick, Shamanic Rattle, Shamanic Drum, Ocean Drum, Tongue Drum, Kalimba, Tingsha Bells, Energy Chimes, Kenari Chimes, and many more healing instruments.
