Teagasc has been appointed as the regional training provider for CECRA training in Ireland. The CECRA training framework has been specially designed to provide agricultural consultants and advisers with the necessary skills for successful extension. This training module has been adapted for agricultural consultants and advisers in Ireland.

Enabling Networks for Innovation| Mod 14

Those who have successfully completed this module:

• Explore methods of collaboration;
• Understand the difference between organisation and network change processes;
• Describe the phases involved in the innovation process;
• Understand the role of network participants in supporting change;
• Appreciate how network participants typically interact in the innovation process;
• Understand ways to support networks in developing innovation.
