We welcome you to take part in our Irish celtic healing circle where we will listen to celestial sounds and relax to deep tones of gongs, bowls and celtic healing instruments.
You'll settle into a comfortable space (bring your own mats and blankets please!) and we will relax with some breathwork and bodyscans, clearing out any old stagnant energy to make way for the new fresh sounds.
I can also explain a little bit about the different sounds and tones and effects.
