This tasting in focusing on premium BIO, Zero added S02 wines along with some Sustainably Produced wines made for Oxfam Fairttade and timeless classics from cool climate of the Northern Chile.

A surprise wine that nobody could possibly expect from Chile - "Vin de Constance style" which was made not in South Africa but in far north of Chile, sustainably produced in Valle Elqui exclusively for Oxfam Fairtdare luciously aromatic Late Harvest Muscat that been aged for almost a decade.
