Siobhán Stack SC has been a practising Barrister since 1996 and became a senior counsel in 2013. Ms. Stack practices in Constitutional Law, European Law and Conveyancing & Property Law and acts as counsel in arbitrations arising from compulsory purchase orders.
Dermot Flanagan SC specialises in planning, environmental, and public infrastructure law. He has presented on behalf of public authorities a large number of public infrastructure consent projects before An Bord Pleanála since the Board took over the jurisdiction under CPO/EIA.
