CIPD Advanced Award in Organisation Design and Development

Align your organisation’s structure and culture with your strategic goals.

20 – 24 January 2020, Hilton Hotel Kilmainham, Dublin 8.
Cost: €3595 until 30 November
Usual price €3995

The CIPD Advanced Award in Organisation Design and Development qualification will equip you with vital tools to boost organisational adaptability and performance.

This is a fast-track development programme, which means you need only attend one week of face-to-face workshops with the assessment to be completed within three months.

You'll put the latest OD thinking into practice, gaining valuable tools and insights to use as soon as you get back to work, and boost your own career by achieving a postgraduate CIPD qualification.

If you’re faced with challenges such as re-organising, restructuring, or changing other aspects of your organisation, our programme will give you the knowledge and skills needed when selecting and implementing OD interventions.

The programme covers:

  • Organisation development for HR Leaders (2 days)

  • Organisation design (2 days)

  • Organisational culture, ROI and OD Clinic (1 day)

This qualification is for you typically if you’re an HR, L&D, or OD practitioner who understands and has influence in the strategic direction of your organisation. Or perhaps you’re not in these areas but are working on a transformational change within your workplace. The programme will give you the knowledge, skills and confidence to:

  • re-shape your organisation to meet the business challenges of the future

  • support change management through the application of OD strategies

  • increase your organisation’s adaptability to change and new trends

The programme is facilitated by Sylvia Baumgartner, a leading OD specialist. Her commercial experience draws on 25 years’ international work in the retail, manufacturing, financial services, education, pharmaceutical, legal, charity, energy, health and engineering industries.
