About this event
This is a free programme which will take you from your couch to running 5km in just 8 weeks. Join Yvonne & Shauna twice a week for 40 minutes and you won't believe how quickly you will progress. Send your name & number to 087 4192499 to be included in our programme. The group is suitable for total beginners or those returning to exercise after a break. It's a great chance to have fun, make friends and improve your health & fitness.
See you on 24th October at Burkes Garage, Clonbur Woods, 8pm. Please dress suitably for the weather and bring a torch as we will be running in the woods in the dark (a head torch is best).
