About this Event

ADHD Ireland is delighted to bring you an online event that you will not want to miss! We promise a fun, lively, enjoyable night of comedy hosted by the one and only Karl Spain and with a super line up of comedy greats!

Taking to the virtual stage are Paul Marsh, Patrick Monaghan and Fred Cooke. For one hour only this comedy event will be an event worth tuning in to to brighten up your weekend.

Our entertainers are:

Karl Spain, comedian and MC of the event

Karl Spain is an Irish comedian from Limerick. He is from the Corbally area of the city and was educated at CBS Sexton Street. In 2000, Karl won the RTÉ award for Best New Act and later appeared at the Montreal Just for Laughs comedy festival in 2003, which was later repeated on RTÉ Television.

Karl will not only be our MC for the event, he will also be doing a comedy sketch himself too, which you will not want to miss!

Paul Marsh, comedian

Paul Marsh is a multi award winning Comedian from Tipperary who lives full time in Dublin.He burst onto the Irish comedy scene in 2011 by winning Ireland's biggest newcomer award, The Capital Comedy Competition. Paul has become a regular in the Irish comedy scene by appearing at all the festivals and comedy clubs, as well as weekend spots in England and Scotland. In 2018 Paul won Ireland's funniest joke competition and in 2019 Paul joined Laughter Lounge headliners 'Totally Wired' in a sell out Irish tour called 'Don't give up the day job'.

Patrick Monaghan, comedian

Patrick Monahan is an Irish-Iranian comedian, who won the television competition series Take the Mike in 2001 and Show Me the Funny in 2011. He has performed regularly at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.

Fred Cooke, comedian

In 2011, Fred Cooke began touring regularly with his stand-up playing the Irish comedy circuit including the Cat Laughs Comedy Festival. That same year he made his debut at Edinburgh Fringe Festival with his show, 'Comfort in Chaos' for which Chortle named him "Ireland's Most Unique Stand-Up." As well as a string of TV appearances on shows including The Savage Eye, Republic of Telly, The Fear and his own penned documentary, Operation Transportation: Highway to Kells; Fred has more recently been seen on The Tommy Tiernan show as announcer,Bridget and Eamonn, and as a participant of the 2019 series of Dancing with the Stars.
