COMMUNITY YOGA IN THE PARK takes place during the spring and summer months in Phoenix Park, Dublin - weather permitting.

Community yoga is an opportunity to CONNECT with your body, RESET, RELAX and RESTORE your BALANCE your energy. It is also a wonderful way to connect with the nature around and to meet like-minded people.

The class is open to all levels and is a combination of of meditation, pranayama (breathing techniques), asana practice (yoga poses) and relaxation (savasana).

When : Monday 16 May 2022

What time : 6.15pm at the Zoo

We will walk together to the place where we will practice.

Class duration : 75 mins

Investment : This is a donation based class. Minimum donation €5

I want to make yoga accessible to all so if you cannot donate but would like to attend, let me know and I will reserve a spot for you!

Post Class Gathering with some snacks and drinks : If you like, you can stay after the class for a bit of community gathering! Bring some snacks to share with others and let's get to know each other!

How to Book : Please book via my website (donation amounts available 5-15 euro, booking through my website - means less fees for both you and me :) )

Space Number is limited. Please book in advance.

Cancellation : Any changes to this class due to weather conditions will be communicated on the day and if class is cancelled a refund will be issued.

Useful information:

• Beginners welcome

• Best not to eat anything 2-3 hours before the class (if you need to eat, you can eat something light like a banan

• Bring your own mat & a bottle of water.

• Wear comfortable clothes (make sure you have something cozy and warm for our relaxation)

The class will focus on breath awareness, building flexibility & strength, developing focus and concentration as well as relaxation.

If you have any medical conditions, especially high blood pressure, heart diseases or severe back problems, please contact me prior to the class.

About Anna

I am Anna , originally from Poland but living in Ireland since 2005.

I am a Hatha yoga and hormone yoga teacher and a wellbeing and menstrual cycle coach. I work with people on all things related to anxiety and stress management, menstrual cycle awareness, women’s health and embodied practises.

My interest is in cultivating connection in order to strengthen the felt sense of self, develop more self-awareness and more ability to respond to life consciously and sustainably while experiencing the joy of living.
