Join Laura Slaughter (MA) psychodynamic counsellor and Ana Conneely yoga instructor and body worker for an afternoon of reflection. A chance to take a calming breath and retreat back to yourself in a beautiful and friendly space.
This afternoon will help bring forth the skills in you to help you to choose confidence and manifest change. to move past barriers and strengthen your resolve for the future.
In the first part of our workshop you will be guided through a series of gentle restorative yoga postures to ease and restore the physical body and yoga Nidra meditation for extreme relaxation and subtle spiritual exploration.
In the second part of this afternoon you will have the opportunity to create a physical image of the change you would like to create through vision boards. Exploring how to creatively bring your hopes and dreams into reality.
There will be hot tea and nurturing treats for body and mind.
