Conflict Resolution

Learning objectives:

- Identify and understand sources of conflict and plan for them

- Understand the importance of healthy conflict and facilitate it in a constructive way

- Become familiar with practical negotiation techniques and conflict resolution strategies

- Dealing with organisational change and presenting change to staff

• This workshop has been prepared specifically for ELC & SAC Managers and Educators. Priority may be given to services based within the Dublin City Childcare Committee catchment area.

• If this criteria does not apply to you your booking may be cancelled.
• Maximum booking of 2 people per service.
• Booking is on a first come first served basis.
