Description

During this week long Summer Course we will explore how to become a restorative practitioner (Connect IN) and facilitator (Connect Out – Meetings & Circles) which expands our capacity to facilitate restorative practices with groups.

This course offers and overview of the restorative philosophy, motivation, language, skills and mindset. It models and shares practical and explicit ways to consciously build relationships and respond to conflict in a healthy way that honours connection, cultivates community and promotes empathy & accountability.

Ideal for all teachers/SNAs/ school leaders interested in personal and professional development such as:

This Summer Course (the equivalent to 3 x €150 Saturday workshops) in July costs:
