Description
We are launching the Cork Dashboard as part of the SFI-funded Building City Dashboards Project based in Maynooth University. The project is tasked with designing and building interactive and accessible webpages for use by citizens, businesses and local authorities to access real-time and historic information about their city and region. The information displayed on these webpages, known as city dashboards, is varied and can include traffic, travel, weather, services, housing, education, health and employment.
The Cork Dashboard will be the first of its kind for the City and County. It is an important online tool that is available for everyone to explore and engage with; the dashboard features a suite of tools to visualise and explore real-time datasets relating to traffic, travel and the environment and historic datasets relating to housing, planning, services, and employment.
