Join us for our next event as part of our Corporate Competitive Edge Series with Séamas Kelly Professor of Organisation, Technology & Society at the UCD School of Business. Professor Séamas Kelly will be discussing the topic on High Performace Sales - The Thinking and Doing of Leadership'. Professor Kellys work is broadly concerned with the relationship between knowledge, technology and social organisation. Opportunities for learning abound in the workplace, yet many times these opportunities are missed. A key leadership role is to recognise and optimise these opportunities to enhance individual, team and organisational learning.

Séamas has a PhD in Management/Organisation Studies from the University of Cambridge, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering & Microelectronics (Hons, 1st Class) from University College Cork. Séamas' research interests are in the area of critical organisation and technology studies. He is a co-founder, and former Director, of the UCD Centre for Innovation, Technology & Organisation (CITO), and has held visiting appointments at the Universities of Cambridge and Sydney.
