About this event
Tom Musiol from Musiol Advisory will be with us on May 26th for a 90 minute (5pm-6.30pm)workshop on Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency.
Tom is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and a member of both the Irish Society of Insolvency Practitioners and the Australian Restructuring Insolvency and Turnaround Association, having qualified with a B.Comm from University College Cork.
He has over 20 years’ experience advising clients facing varied strategic options in Ireland, the UK, the US and Australia.
He is an expert in combining the relevant technical aspects of company law, insolvency, taxation, accounting, management and company secretarial with his commercial experience and knowledge of family and private-owned business dynamics to deliver bespoke advice and solutions to clients.
