About this event
The programme starts the week of June 29th 2020.
This event is supported by Dublin City and County Councils and the Dublin Network of Local Sport Partnerships and set up to increase participation in sport and physical recreation.
We are introducing a 6-week Couch to 3k Walk / Jog Programme tailored to help complete beginners.
It is a simple programme that begins with more walking than jogging, and gradually evolves into more jogging than walking. No fitness levels are required, just a commitment to completing 3 sessions per week for the duration of the programme.
Plans will be emailed to each participant on a weekly basis.
