About this event

At 7PM on 30 June, 2021, we’re proud to host the fifth instalment of the Psychological Society of Ireland’s Counselling Psychology in Action Event Series, organised by the Division of Counselling Psychology!

The Counselling Psychology in Action Event Series consists of Zoom calls for you to have conversations that matter with experienced Counselling Psychologists working across a variety of sectors in Ireland. At each event, a Counselling Psychologist will present their background, their sector, and what their current work is. Then, they’ll facilitate a conversation – this is your time to ask questions, learn more, and build relationships! Registrations are limited to make the small-group conversations rich, so register early to grow your career, explore where Counselling Psychology might take you, and build your network!

Our facilitator for June is Sheila Hawkins, a Chartered Registered Psychologist with 20 + years experience in HSE Primary Care and Addiction Services, Private Practice Family Work, Child Protection, Parenting Capacity and as an Independent Assessor to the Family Law Court.

If you're interested in learning more about how she brings Counselling Psychology into her work, register and a Zoom link will be sent out to you on the day! We look forward to having you join us.
