About this event
You will leave this workshop with the knowledge of how to go about making country wines and how to improve them once they are made. This workshop will cover recipes, equipment, techniques, essential knowledge and troubleshooting. You will learn how to make good wines from fruit and sugar that you will enjoy drinking. I will show you my way to make sulphite free and vegan brews.
The workshop will cover wines from hedgerow fruits, mead, and conifer beer. I will provide recipes for flower wines that you can use next summer.
Lunch in the form of tomato soup will be provided, please bring whatever else you need to turn that into a lunch for yourself
