About this event
Craic Den Comedy Club brings the best Irish and international Comedians to the stage every week in Dublin City. As seen on their acclaimed TV show on Virgin Media, the Craic Den will deliver you a medicinal dose of laughs all evening long!
What a line up we have for you:
MC - Eddie Mullarkey
"Mullarkey has a warmth in his eyes that gives away his compassionate wit." Mumble
Eric Lalor
Eric Lalor is a stand-up comedian working on the Irish and UK comedy circuit. He has performed in every major comedy festival in the land including The Cat Laughs, Vodafone Comedy Festival, Electric Picnic, Body & Soul, Galway Comedy Festival and has twice won Irish Comedian of the Year.
Richie Bree
Co.Down born Richie has quickly become a staple of the Irish comedy scene as the resident host of Cherry Comedy at Dublin’s iconic Whelan’s venue. Known for his Northern-humour and unique storytelling ability, Richie is a popular presence in comedy venues and festivals all over the country including the Vodafone Comedy Festival and Body & Soul. He went to Edinburgh for the semi-final of the UK's biggest and best comedy newcomer competition 'So You Think You're Funny?' and won the first ever 'Ireland's got Comedy Talent' competition in Ireland's premier comedy venue the Laughter Lounge. He has supported Ardal O'Hanlon (Father Ted), Milton Jones (Live @ The Apollo) and Ari Shaffir (Netflix/Comedy Central)
Terry O’Neill
Terry is a Dublin stand up comic and actor. On the big screen (where playing a Dublin scumbag is usually his specialised forte) he has played roles in the IFTA winning Michael Inside and Dublin Old school (cinema release June) and is the leading role in Alan Gilsenan's upcoming film The Meeting (due to hit cinemas this Autumn). On T.V he has starred opposite Amy Huberman in Striking out and has also played roles in other RTE dramas Rebellion and Love/Hate. Terry has also been ripping it up on the Irish comedy circuit over the last couple of years with his blend of structured material interweaved with fast-paced improvisation and is a regular host at the International comedy club. Terry has recently returned from Leudwarden Holland (with subtitles in the background so they could understand his ramblings) filling P.J Gallagher's previous role in the award-winning play Alien Documentary.
Damo Clark
Aussie Damian Clark has become one of the hottest tickets in comedy clubs and festivals. Winner of the People’s Champion Award at the Edinburgh Fringe his last tour travelled all over Ireland, the UK & Europe plus guest spots in the US.
Clark has been featured in Comedy Channel’s Damo Does Edinburgh, Irish TV’s Republic of Telly, The Savage Eye, Katherine Lynch’s Wonder Women, Comedy Central’s Seann Walsh World, plus produced & co-starred in Virgin Media’s Craic Den Comedy Club TV show.
