Description

Creative and Cultural Industries: Challenges and Opportunities

This roundtable discussion is part of a series of events marking the visit of the 2017-18 Clore Leadership Programme Fellows to the University of Limerick.

The creative and cultural industries are often discussed as a major growth area for European cities, and as being central to the economy and society of the future. However, in order to create sustainable development and meaningful career opportunities, they require careful and considered planning and policy support.

The roundtable discussion will examine the challenges and opportunities for the creative and cultural industries in the Limerick region, bringing together a range of perspectives from research, practice and policy.

This event is free, and all are welcome!
