At this workshop, we will draw upon diversity in ideas, backgrounds and expertise to yield creative and innovative outcomes. Participants will be offered the opportunity to reflect on how our working environment has changed and what skills, attitudes and behaviours are now necessary to collaborate effectively in a remote setting.
At this workshop, participants will:
• Explore how teams develop meaningful professional collaborations remotely
• Identify various tools and methodologies to improve team collaboration and reflect on areas for development
• Practice collaborating remotely and explore how technology impacts communication and team dynamics
