Welcome to the official kick-off of the Helsinki Customer Success community! An informal monthly catch up hosted by community members of Customer Success Network for Customer Success Managers of all levels to meet and discuss challenges.
In preparing for this we have thought of many topics for future (monthly!) get-togethers, but in this version we will focus on:
The Role Of Customer Success
Elements in this can include:
1) CS & company leadership: driving the organisation to success
2) Internal education: getting everyone on board with the concept of Customer Success
3) Positioning of CS internally: responsibilities and influence
This is an open forum for discussion and knowledge sharing, so we look forward to hearing your insights!
