Embodiment Movement Medicine is a deeply invigorating 'mindfulness in movement' and conscious dance practice which can lead to a healthier, clearer and more connected body, heart and mind. Discover the freedom and enjoyment of your own dance and connect with others through the guidance and clear facilitation of the simple practices of Movement Medicine. David has been teaching mindful movement for the past 10 years. It's very accessible as it is open to everyone, whatever your physical condition, your age or experience of dance. All that is required is a willingness to show up and give it a go! You can try the weekly classes, monthly events or any of the introductory workshops.
