Dancing in the Dark is one hour of solid gold dance anthems, in a dimly lit hall, facilitating full freedom of expression. It functions as a fruit and veg market by day. The perfect place to Turnip the Beet !! You don’t have to worry about what people think of you, they really can’t see you that well...
Dancing in the Dark takes place the eve before Earth Hour- the international event encouraging lights out for one hour to promote protection of our planet. What better way to raise awareness and get psyched for Earth Hour than a one hour lights-out pre-party danceathon ?
As well as raising climate change awareness with Earth Hour, all funds from this event go towards the rebuilding of Indrayani School for Children with Disabilities in Kirtipur, Nepal. It will be rebuilt in an earthquake resistant, environmentally sustainable design which is being overseen by Engineers Without Borders Nepal and Engineers Without Borders Ireland.
Did you hear about the rave in the vegetable market?
Looking forward to seeing you there!
